At Ankit Traders, we are committed to delivering high-quality construction materials safely and on time across Bihar. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver products only within Bihar and selected serviceable PIN codes.
Orders placed for locations outside our delivery area may be cancelled or declined.
Shipping Timeline
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery is completed within 7 business days from order confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery location.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, transportation issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Product category
- Delivery zone
- Order quantity
- Delivery location
Applicable freight charges will be calculated during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
Free Delivery Eligibility
Free delivery is available on eligible bulk orders.

Freight Charges
Freight charges are applicable according to our Delivery Zone Policy.
The final freight amount depends on:
- Distance from our warehouse
- Product type
- Quantity ordered
Customers will be informed of applicable freight charges before dispatch.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect the products at the time of delivery.
If you notice:
- Damaged packaging
- Incorrect product
- Short quantity
please inform the delivery representative immediately and contact our customer support within 24 hours.
Order Tracking
Our team will share delivery updates through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email whenever applicable.
Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Ankit Traders, we maintain strict quality standards for all products supplied.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer, no refund will be provided under normal circumstances.
Exchange Policy
Products may be eligible for exchange only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Exchange request is made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Product is unused.
- Product is in its original packaging.
- Product has not been damaged due to improper handling.
- Original invoice or purchase proof is available.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchange requests will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used.
- Packaging has been opened or damaged.
- Product was specially ordered or customized.
- Request is made after 3 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- Wrong product
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product during transportation
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Our team will inspect the issue and arrange an exchange if approved.
Exchange Approval
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, we will process the exchange.
If the exchanged product has a price difference, the customer will be required to pay the balance amount or receive a store adjustment as applicable.
Transportation Charges for Exchange
Unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), transportation and freight charges for returning and re-delivering the product shall be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
