- We deliver construction materials such as cement, sand, stone chips, TMT bars, and other products within the Vaishali district and nearby regions of Bihar.
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines depend on product availability, distance, and order size. Our team will confirm the estimated delivery schedule after you place your order.
- For bulk orders, special delivery arrangements can be made upon request.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated based on distance, quantity, and material type and will be informed before dispatch.
Exchange Policy
- We follow a strict no-return policy for all products once delivered, due to the nature of construction materials.
- Exchange will only be allowed if:
- The product delivered is damaged during transit, or
- The wrong product is delivered against your order.
- To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and proof (photo/video).
- Our team will verify the claim and arrange a replacement if approved.
- No exchange will be entertained for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
